Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on availability—please call the hotel to inquire.
Can I check in after 10:00 PM?
Yes, arrival is available 24/7. On select days, guests arriving after 10:00 PM should call us in advance for self check-in instructions.
Do you require a deposit or incidental hold?
No. The Villas does not require a security deposit or place an incidental hold on your card.
Are there resort or parking fees?
No. We do not charge a resort fee, and complimentary onsite parking is included with your stay.
What hours are the pools open?
Our pools are open 24 hours a day, giving you the freedom to enjoy an early-morning swim or a peaceful evening by the water.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted at The Villas. Trained service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
Is breakfast included?
We do not currently offer complimentary continental breakfast. The Villas Café, serving coffee, refreshing drinks, cocktails, and convenient bites, is coming Thanksgiving 2026.
